Easy plunger movement, needles are solid and don't seem to bend under pressure. However, some needles are ready bent in the package.

I have used these for a few years, and they are great, so convenient. I even had an implanted one, and went back to these, because they require no charging, no extra steps.

These are not 5/16' they are like 1/2 to 5/8". I feel like I am stabbing myself deep down toward the bone just to take a simple shot. Otherwise, I am happy with the quality of the product and the smoothness of the plunger when pushed.
