Poor correlation with hospital

I measured my glucose just before going to the hospital for blood tests. My reading was 99 however the hospital read 126.

It is very cheaply made. I am having trouble with the needles that don't seem to punchture the skin that great and I have to use another one to try again. Also the directions on the control liquid doesn't have any clear instruction on how to line it up the proper bottle. I had to look it up on the internet to see anyone can tell me. It then shows that you need to make sure the proper test strips are numbered with the vial.
