FreeStyle Control Solution is a red liquid that contains a fixed amount of glucose that is used to practice testing without having to use your own blood and ensure that meter and test strips are working together properly.

FreeStyle Control Solution is for use with FreeStyle Freedom, FreeStyle Freedom Lite, FreeStyle Lite and FreeStyle Insulinx meters.

With shipping they came out to $40 each.
Which at the time I thought was pretty cheap.

I was initially worried that the great price meant the strips would be close to expiration date but my batch does not expire for 16 months. Sweet. My local pharmacy charges almost $100 for 50 strips so this is a lifesaver and money saver.
