Missing factory seal on Verio Test Strip Box

Order #518600 was listed on the e-mails but Order # 778190 was on the Packing Slip shipped with the product.

The factory seal at the top of the ONE TOUCH Verio box was missing. Your DIABETIC WAREHOUSE sticker was wrapped around that box and was covering the area of the missing seal. A cautionary message of "Do Not use if seals are missing or broken." was also on that box.

The missing factory seal makes this box of 50 test strips worthless. I would like a refund.
